Terms of service and marketplace rules

1. Provider and scope

The service is provided by [LEGAL NAME / COMPANY, ADDRESS]. A binding contract is formed only after the final checkout, confirmation and provider details are activated.

2. Source-model responsibility

Users must have the rights required to upload or process a model, create adaptations, publish marketplace previews and print or sell the resulting physical object. PuzzleForm does not grant rights in a third-party source model.

3. Credits and subscriptions

• One successful complete STL bundle or marketplace download costs the displayed number of credits.
• Failed generation, cancelled processing and blocked invalid geometry do not consume an export credit.
• Monthly credits, rollover rules, purchased-credit expiry and refund treatment must be shown before purchase.
• Credit bookings are server-authoritative and protected by idempotency keys; client values are not authoritative.

4. Free-credit publication

Marketplace publication is always optional, including for projects created with promotional or free credits. Account holders can publish or unpublish eligible projects at any time. Publishing requires confirmation of the necessary source-model rights and displays the creator, applicable licence and source attribution.

5. Marketplace licence

A marketplace download grants the licence shown on that listing. Unless stated otherwise, the downloader may print the puzzle for personal use. A commercial physical-print licence requires a paid commercial credit or plan. Resale or redistribution of source STL files is not permitted unless explicitly licensed.

6. Commercial physical prints

• Commercial resale rights require an active Commerce or Commerce Studio plan. They activate through the paid checkout; optional seller-profile verification may add a public badge but is not a purchase gate.
• The licence holder must provide accurate legal, address and storefront information and keep registered sales channels current.
• Each approved seller receives a licence number. PuzzleForm may review declared storefronts and suspend or revoke the licence for material breaches after the contractually required process.
• The licence permits the account holder to manufacture and sell physical prints of paid exports without revenue share. It does not permit selling or sharing STL bundles, operating a competing file library, or claiming rights in third-party source intellectual property.

7. Withdrawal and digital performance

The checkout must obtain any legally required express request to begin digital performance before the withdrawal period ends and the user's acknowledgement of the legal consequence. The account must also provide the legally required online contract-withdrawal function before the applicable Austrian autumn 2026 deadline. The final wording and refund process require Austrian legal review before launch.

8. Safety, availability and liability

Users must inspect exported files, slicer previews, material choice and printed fit before use. Mandatory consumer and liability rights remain unaffected, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.
